Dear guests, we are very pleased that you have chosen the Chesa Pool for the most beautiful time of the year, "your holiday time". To avoid any confusion, we would like to inform you of the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Room reservation and arrival/departure

 

As a rule, the reservation of a room becomes binding on both parties when you sign and return your confirmation in due time. You thereby enter into a binding contract with Pensiun Chesa Pool. This also applies to bookings made by e-mail or via our website and other internet platforms.

The room is usually ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on your day of arrival.

On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am. After 11.00 a.m. surcharge CHF 50.00

 

 

Guarantees

 

For bookings made by telephone or internet, we reserve the right to take your credit card details (credit card number, expiry date) in order to guarantee the booking.

We also reserve the right to charge your credit card for non-cancellable rooms and during high season/holidays.

 

 

Credit cards

 

We accept the following credit cards: Visacard / Mastercard / Dinerscard. You are also welcome to pay with cash, Maestro or Postcard.

Cancellation of the room reservation or "no show"

 

Cancellations are treated in accordance with Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the district court of Maloja/Engadin.

Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: free of charge for youCancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the arrangement price.

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the package price14 days - 1 day before arrival: 100% of the package price.This regulation also applies to early departures.

Dog owners

 

The Pensiun Chesa Pool allows dogs in rooms with wooden floors.

Costs CHF 15.00 per night/ dog without food - but with bed / towel + water bowl.Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning costs that exceed the normal level. (e.g. dog hair on bed linen)

Car parks and bus transfer

 

The Fex Valley is car-free.

 

Only cars with a special permit are allowed to drive through the Fex Valley, which is reserved for residents only.

Our hotel bus runs to the Sils post office for 1-day advance booking:at 10.00 a.m. / 3.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.Return journey from Post Sils/Maria to Chesa Pool:

at 10.20 a.m. / 3.20 p.m. / 4.45 p.m.

On your day of arrival you can park your car in the municipal underground car park, daily rate CHF 16.50 per day, from the 2nd day CF 12.00 per day. Weekly rate CHF 80.00/week (can be purchased at the ticket machine). All prices are subject to change.

No parking spaces are reserved; the car park belongs to the municipality of Sils.​​
