Room Reservation and Arrival/Departure  

​

The reservation of a room is generally binding for both parties upon the signing and timely return of your confirmation. This establishes a binding contract between you and Hotel Chesa Pool. The same applies to reservations made via email, our website, or other online platforms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. After 11:00 a.m., we reserve the right to charge CHF 50.00.

Booking Guarantee  

 

For bookings made by phone or online, we reserve the right to collect your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date) to guarantee the booking.  Credit Cards  We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club. In addition, you may also pay with cash, Maestro, or Postcard. The credit card will be charged for the total amount after the cancellation deadline has passed. For non-refundable rooms, during peak seasons, and on holidays and festive days, we reserve the right to charge the credit card as well.

Cancellation of Room Reservation or No Show  

 

Cancellations are handled according to Article 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of Maloja/Engadine.  

• Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: free of charge

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total arrangement price  

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total arrangement price  

• Cancellation 14 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total arrangement price. This policy also applies in the case of early departure.

Dogs Policy  

 

Hotel Chesa Pool allows dogs in rooms with wooden floors. Cost: CHF 20.00 per night per dog (without food) but with a sleeping place, towel, and water bowl. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning that exceeds the normal level (e.g., dog hair on bedding).

Parking and Shuttle  

 

The Fex Valley is car-free. Our hotel shuttle runs by prior arrangement according to the schedule (arrival). The registration must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email. You can view the fees for the parking garage in Sils via the following link: Parking Garage Sils.
